I would greatly recommend Ashley – I felt I could trust him, that he would not only do a professional job marketing my property but he would do his best to achieve a good outcome. By the time my property was ready for sale, the market had slowed which was evident in the numbers viewing the property. Nevertheless, Ash was able to get 3 offers, and a good price.
