Ashley was acting for the sellers of the property that I purchased. I was very impressed with the professional way in which he went about this. There were some issues raised after the building inspection and we were able to over come these because of the constructive approach he and the sellers took. Another agent would have easily become flustered or even overly assertive. We experienced the opposite.
