Very happy with Simon’s work in selling our home.  Our discussions before we signed up were clear and complete.  Simon was always accessible.  He was present himself at the open homes so that he could meet potential buyers (that has not always been our experience with other agents).  We had one local government issue during the settlement period while we were out of town.  Simon organised a solution to that for us.  Can definitely recommend Simon.
